Our office:

Through the central system of the NVM, the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents, we have access to all the properties available for rent (and for sale) in The Hague and surrounding areas and via the central computer system we have access to the listings of all other agents. Houses and apartments are either partly or fully furnished.

Our services:
As a stranger to our city you may need our personal assistance. We can provide a selection of the properties available on the market, tailored to your specific requirements.
Through our computer system we can give you up-to-date information and provide you a list of addresses with properties meeting your criteria.
Our office is an estate agent that knows the city, the nice areas, the shops, the schools, parks, the ins- and outs, all those important items. We will take you on a tour of inspection, showing you these properties.
Our office can also be of assistance with your mortgage and housing insurances.

Our fees
We find your home for you on a ‘no cure no pay’ basis. If successful, we charge you a onetime brokerage fee of one month rent.
