Living on top of the Hilton with all the luxury, comfort, service and security of a hotel and the privacy of your own spacious apartment. These 10 first class apartments are now available for rental periods starting from 1 months or 3 weeks together with a tailor made service package.

APARTMENTS:
The apartments vary in space between approx. 100m² to 300m² and have 2 to 4 bedrooms most of them with en suite bathrooms. All apartments have large terraces with unparalleled views of the city and the skyline. Not one of the apartments is the same. They are all different in size, views and floor plan. All apartments are furnished with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, wooden floors and curtains. The apartments are fully furnished, upon request the apartments can also be rented without furniture. The apartments have their own private entrance separate from the hotel. Each apartment has a private storage room in the cellar.

SERVICE:
Together with the manager of the Hotel Residences each resident composes their personal service package. Short term rental includes fully furnished apartments, cleaning once a week and change of bed linen and towels once a week. Additionally the resident can chose from hotel services like newspaper delivery, room service, use of the facilities of the hotel, babysitting, valet parking, etc. Just about any imaginable service a 5 star hotel has to offer. Parking facilities will also be arranged according to the wishes of the resident.
Living in the Hotel Residences offers the inhabitants all the facilities Hilton has to offer. For example- the use of the fitness centre, a restaurant and the 24 hour reception desk for any further services. The hotel consists of 192 rooms and suites, a lobby with winter garden, a business centre and a grand ballroom. All these facilities will be at your doorstep.

SECURITY:
You don't need to worry about safety. All the public areas of the apartments including the cellar are connected to the hotel security system. Each apartment is fitted with its own alarm system that can be connected upon the wish of the resident. Furthermore the apartments have a sprinkler installation that is connected to the fire alarm system of the Hotel.

GENERAL REMARKS:
* An option could be that different employees share the apartment between them to cut costs. Almost every bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom, offering ample privacy. Various international companies have already opted for this possibility;
* Short term rent starting from minimum period of 3 weeks is possible as temporary stay instead from staying in a hotel room;
* Rent includes: general service costs, 6% VAT, cleaning and change of bedlinnen and towels once a week, valet parking, use of fitness room at specified times;
* Rent excludes: personal service package such as: breakfast, laundry, newspaper service etc. The service package will be tailor made in accordance with the wishes of the resident. The manager of the Hotel Residences will discuss all the wishes with the resident.
